A big congratulations to all the competitors who patiently waited out the rain so we could run the Mt Evelyn Competition. After the rain finally left we began the comp around 3pm. The day kicked off with the Under 12 Scooters, with Bailey Theis wowing the crowd with his style to come first out of the eight competitors.  Next was Open Scooter, with local  sponsored rider Mitch Baldry taking first easily with his double flips and backflips. A big shout out to all the Open scooter riders who were not sponsored and gave it their best in the open division regardless! Next was BMX with Kobe Taylor and Christian Rees battling it out for first place in U15's, with Kobe dominating. Lilydale's own Luke Parker won the Open with no competition! The Skate section was a complete family affair with all three of the Andrews brothers taking out the two firsts  and a second. Many of the local skaters had headed to Simplys indoor ramp when the rain first showed, so we held a mini photo comp for them too, with Zane winning a new deck for his efforts. Photos up Monday!
